Once in the United States, Mohibi pursued an ambitious path through government and advisory roles. He served in federal advisory capacities, helping shape strategy on counterterrorism, national security, and foreign policy. He went on to found Kokcha Advisory, a boutique firm specializing in geopolitical risk, leadership development, and crisis management for governments and organizations operating in complex environments.

As President and CEO of Rise to Peace, one of the country's leading counterterrorism organizations, Mohibi has trained over 600 leaders across 34 countries — building the kind of global network of change-makers that only someone with his background could convene.
